NEW BOOK BY NICCOLÒ BIDDAU

The idea of presenting a photographic documentation emanates from Niccolò Biddau’s desire to show the uniqueness of Milan’s architectural fabric with images that highlight the origin of their forms in order to see them in their minimal expression.

The aim pursued with the publication of Changing Milano is to foster the knowledge of Milan’s architectural and urban transformation through the representation of some of the most emblematic examples of modern cities and of the new activities carried out in contemporary cities.

The book, therefore, provides the city’s inhabitants and visitors with a photographic story that supports the knowledge and representation of its identity.
The photographic story will therefore show the most unusual traits of this transformation, which emerge from the comparison of the images; iconic figures, and symbolic values that underline the encounter between the main and complementary cultures.
